Overview
Adjustable, bolt-down repair bracket for fence posts and decking frames anchored to concrete. A rotted, snapped or leaning post at ground level doesn't always call for a full replacement job: bolted to an existing concrete footing, or a new one poured specifically for the repair, this bracket carries the post load into the slab rather than the surrounding soil.
At the heart of the bracket is a continuously adjustable M20 threaded bar, giving true stepless height adjustment across a 100–150mm (3.94–5.91in) range rather than a handful of fixed notches. That adjustment isn't a one-time setting either: once the bracket is fitted, the same threaded bar can be wound up or down later to re-level a post that has settled, or to bring a fence line back true, without unbolting the base plate, cutting the post, or packing it up with offcuts.
Bolt-down base plate: the base plate transfers the load directly into a solid concrete footing on paving, patios, or anywhere a concrete base already exists to bolt onto.

Typical Applications
- Repairing an existing fence post that has rotted, snapped or started leaning at ground level, without digging out and replacing the whole post

- Sites where a bolt-down fixing is preferred over a drive-in spike, for example on paving, patios, or anywhere the ground itself is too soft, shallow or waterlogged for a spike to hold reliably
Installation Guidance
Position the base plate over the intended fixing point on the concrete footing or paving slab and mark through the fixing holes. Drill to suit whichever concrete fixing you've chosen (M10 or M12 ring anchors, or Ø10.5 concrete screws), then secure the base plate down firmly and evenly, checking it sits flat before continuing. Slide the post into the adjustable upper section and wind the M20 threaded bar to bring the post to the height you need within the 100–150mm (3.94–5.91in) range, then fix the post through the bracket using Ø6 or Ø10 wood screws, or Ø10 coach screws, as appropriate. Because the threaded bar stays adjustable after the base plate is bolted down, the post height can be revisited later (for example if it settles slightly, or the fence line needs re-levelling) without unbolting the base plate, cutting the post, or packing it up with offcuts.
