Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with your order. You have 60 days from the day you receive your order to return any item, for any reason.

Changed your mind? 60 days to return

  • Tell us within 60 days of receiving your order: email info@diyuk.co with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will reply with the return address.
  • Send the items back within 14 days of telling us. The cost of sending items back is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service, and please keep your proof of postage.
  • You can open and check your items as you would in a shop.
  • Sale items can be returned in the same way.

Your refund

  • We refund the price you paid for the items and the delivery charge you paid.
  • We refund you within 14 days of receiving the items back, or within 14 days of receiving your proof of postage, whichever is sooner.
  • Refunds go to your original payment method, with no fee. Your bank or card provider may take a few days to show the refund.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item

We have a legal duty to supply goods that match their description, are of satisfactory quality and are fit for purpose. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, email info@diyuk.co with your order number and a photo. We will put it right with a replacement or a refund, and we cover the cost of returning the item. Within 30 days of delivery you are entitled to a full refund for a faulty item.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and does not affect them.
