Terms and conditions

These terms apply when you buy from our online shop. Please read them before you order.

1. About us

2. Your order and our contract

The contract between us starts when we accept your order. If we cannot accept your order, for example because an item is out of stock, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT. The delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay. You pay when you place your order, using one of the payment methods shown at checkout. If we find an obvious error in a price, we will contact you before we send your order, and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Delivery

Delivery options, costs and times are set out in our Delivery policy. The items are your responsibility once they are delivered to you or to someone you name.

5. Returns and cancellation

You have 60 days from the day you receive your order to return any item, for any reason. How to return an item and how refunds work are set out in our Returns and refunds policy.

6. Faulty items and your legal rights

We have a legal duty to supply goods that match their description, are of satisfactory quality and are fit for purpose. If an item is faulty, email us and we will put it right as set out in our Returns and refunds policy. These terms do not affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for breach of your legal rights in relation to the goods.

8. If you buy as a business

If you buy for business purposes, the 60-day return in section 5 also applies to you.

9. Using our website

Please use our website lawfully and do not try to disrupt it or access it without permission.

10. Your personal data

We use your personal data as set out in our Privacy policy.

11. Events outside our control

If an event outside our control delays your order, we will contact you as soon as possible. If the delay is likely to be substantial, you can cancel and receive a full refund for anything you have paid for but not received.

12. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales; if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones shown on our website when you place it.
